Step-by-step guide: Logging into the Tuya Developer Platform and viewing user devices
1. Go to the website
Open a web browser (like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge).
Type in the address bar: https://eu.platform.tuya.com/ and press Enter.
2. Log in to the platform
Enter your email address and password in the designated fields.
Click on the orange Login button.

A captcha security check will appear with a sliding puzzle.
Click on the slider button and drag it to the right so that the puzzle piece fits into the correct slot.
Release the slider button once the puzzle piece is in place.
3. Go to the user management page
Once logged in, look for Operation in the left-hand menu.
Click on Operation to open the submenu.
Then click on User Management.
4. Set the correct region
Make sure the region is set correctly. This can be found in the top-right corner of the page.
Click on the region selection menu and choose Central Europe if it is not already selected.
5. View users and check connected devices
You will now see a list of users who have access to the app.
Find the user whose connected devices you want to view.
On the right side of the user's row, you will see the option View Details.
Click on View Details to see an overview of the devices linked to the user's account.
Important tips
Make sure you use the correct login credentials.
If you cannot complete the sliding puzzle, try refreshing the page (F5 or the reload icon in your browser).
Ensure that the region is set to Central Europe, otherwise, you may not see the correct list of users.
With these steps, you should be able to log in to the Tuya platform, manage users, and view the devices linked to their accounts.
